Customer service is good very helpful and the ring is good quality with nice presentation especially the light that comes on when opening.

It is a simple elegant ring that I have been looking for and exceeded my expectations. I have a small ring size, so to be able get it custom sized to 4.5 was great! I love the light that turns on when you open the box! Presentation is spot on. Thank you!
