I bought these earrings for my wife for Christmas and she loves them. A few days later we noticed a slight misalignment of the lever back clasp. Since we were going out of town in a couple of weeks and we live on the East coast, I panicked, thinking there was no way a repair could be completed in time. I was able to speak directly with Barbara Stein, the Sales Manager, and she sent us a 2nd Day Air shipping label within the hour. The earrings got to California on New Years Eve, and were repaired and shipped back to us the following Tuesday, a week before we absolutely needed them back. Thank you, Barbara, for your excellent service, and I'm sure my bank balance will notice the next time Valentines Day, a Birthday or other Holiday comes around!

Got these as a gift for my wife who really like emeralds. Very pleased with design. It would be nice to be able to compare to "store bought" similar item. Too early to tell about durability.
