Everything was great with the process and product. I did an exchange and it went great with only one exception, the request to delay the delivery was not given. I had to re-direct the delivery so it all worked out, but that was the only hitch. The first ring did not feel right for my wife's finger, so we exchanged for another and this one is awesome. Thanks
