Love my garnet ring! - byIan D.I ordered the 1.8 carat emerald cut heirloom garnet ring in platinum and I absolutely love it. The milgrain and the scroll work make it beautiful and interesting no matter what angle you look at the ring. I have a 4 carat blue topaz ring and it had a tendency to catch and bang things, so I chose the smaller size with this garnet ring and it is perfect. Big enough to be beautiful but small enough that it doesn't snag and catch. My only disappointment is that I had expected the milgrain to go all the way around the ring. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have it go all the way around the ring. Milgrain really adds a little something extra making it a classier piece of jewelry. The beautiful box it arrived in was fabulous. I am definitely going to buy from Angara again. Next time I will buy a gift for someone else so they can open up the beautiful lighted box and feel special too.
