The resizing process tool approx 2 weeks, from shipping it back to them to getting it back. I love that it is not too bulky or flashy. It’s a 19th wedding anniversary gift and appreciate the quality. I wash my hands a lot in my job so let’s see how it holds up. Customer service was great. Usually the fastest way to get service is via chat, I called once, left a message, and no one called me back.
