Wow on all aspects - byA C.I ordered this item on Christmas Eve day. The site said for delivery on 12/26. On 12/26 I checked it's status and it was still in LA. So I called and explained my situation. The recipiant was flying out on 12/27 and I needed it before noon in Virginia. I was willing to pay for next day priority delivery which they agreed to but at no additional cost. The piece arrived in a lighted box that enhanced every aspect of the diamonds, just absoluting scintillating (literally). I won't go into her reaction except to say there were plenty of tears and smiles. The best part is.... it looked just as good on her as it did in the box. It was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had
