I knew that I wanted a very specific ring for my 20th wedding anniversary and this was the only website that offered it. I wanted a less than 2 mm wide with alternating emerald and diamond band with square stones and prong set. The process was simple and very straightforward. When I contacted customer service for a shipping update they were very prompt and courteous. When the ring arrived I was blown away, I had seen the pictures that people had posted where it looked like a light was shining on their ring so I'm not sure why I was shocked that there was a little light inside of the ring box that I was! Presentation was beautiful and the ring is really nice. The quality Is excellent in the ring is exactly what I wanted. Will definitely consider again for custom jewelry.
